The company was established in 2012 upon winning distributorship of BYS Cosmetics. Through an exclusive partnership with Watson's Philippines - part of the SM Group, the country's dominant retail conglomerate - BYS Cosmetics was listed in department stores and drugstores in all key cities. Other health and beauty brands were soon added.
