The Brand Manager’s primary role is to strategize and execute an effective and efficient plan for the brand that will enable it to reach its business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to :
● Marketing: Drives and oversees the execution of short-term and long-term marketing plans that would lead to sustainable and elevated brand equity
● Merchandising: Implement effective merchandise and inventory management programs through insightful, market-driven ordering and assortment planning
● Brand Profitability : Analyzes and integrates various financial reports to develop measures that lead to innovations, increased efficiency, and optimal brand profitability. Craft and manage the brand’s overall budget
● Brand Metrics : Responsible for the achievement of assigned brands’ sales target and sales growth
● Teamwork : Initiates and manages collaboration with different internal departments to ensure timely launches of NPDs, and other brand initiatives
● Business Relationship : Build and manage a strong and productive relationship with brand principals and retailers
● Perform other assignments and projects as may be requested by the CEO
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Minimum 3 years experience in the Retail industry, or other related industries
● Has worked directly with customers and sales teams.
● Strong people and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical, logical, and strong understanding of numbers
● Budget management skills and proficiency
● Strong leadership skills
● Passionate, with high level of commitment
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-based category
